HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Role Description


  • Developing, managing, implementing and integrating people strategies, programs and guidelines in support of business and organisational objectives.
  • Building leadership capability, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Developing and maintaining policies in areas such as compensation and benefits, organisational development, staffing, training, integration of diversity and inclusion, and career coaching.
  • Able to calculate and compare the cost efficiency for best benefits for company
  • Establish, manage, and maintain employee relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for personnel administration including time reporting, leave and absences, payroll and expenses.
  • Responsible for General Affairs including security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document for expatriate, etc.
  • Responsible for recruitments, terminations and rehire.
  • Maintenance and improvements of HR data and records.
Job Qualification
  • Male, above 30 years old
  • University Degree, majoring Psychology, Human Resource or Law or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years experience in the same position.
  • Experience in ISO Management.
  • Strong analytical skill and leadership.
  • Very good communication & negotiation skills
  • Hard working, Trustworthy, Mature, Confident, Self Motivated and good personality.
  • Result oriented.
  • Can work as a team or individual
  • Having knowledge about Local Labor Regulation and Jamsostek Regulation
  • Able to operating microsoft office (MS.Excel = excel formulas, MS.Word mail merge) and email.
  • Willing to Travel Around National.
  • In Prioritized who Resides in Surabaya.
  • Placement Surabaya.
